A May Green Properties development along SC 274, on Lake Wylie.  Homesites are 1-1.5 acres, and will include 160 homes.  Local developers purchase homesites and build mostly custom homes, with a minimum of 3,000 square feet.  The development will feature walking trails, picnic shelters, ball fields, and more.  Homes are expected to be priced in the $600's-$700's.
