Only five minutes to I-485 and close to uptown Charlotte, Emerald Point is a community of waterfront condominiums surrounded by lovely single family homes.  The area is beautifully landscaped and offers some of the best views on the lake. The community has boat docks, swimming pool and tennis courts. Located off Rock Island Road.

A limited number of waterfront condominiums (built in the late '80's/early '90's) are usually available for sale in Emerald Point, with prices ranging from $225k-$325k, depending on view and amount of renovations.  Most are sold with a boat slip.  Lake Wylie has very few condos and townhomes available.   Emerald Pointe is one of the largest and most popular condominium communities.
