Summary of Building Restrictions for Somerset

For lakefront lots, minimum square footage is 2000 square feet (enclosed heated floor area).  The exterior of the home must be constructed of at least 75% brick, stone, stucco, or hardy plank.  Plans need to be approved by the Architectural Committee.  Lakefront lots are required to be sodded, with installed irrigation systems.

Annual homeowner fees are $500/year.
